NAMCO is happy to announce the launch of a new project supported by NABARD for training of rural women entrepreneurs on goat rearing, production of cattle feed and value addition to milk. The project will cover women entrepreneurs in Vedaranyam block of Nagapattinam district. NAMCO has promoted an all-women FPO by name ‘NAMCO Jeevan FPO’ which has brought together women farmers involved animal husbandry activities. Through this project, NAMCO would extend support for building their skills towards improving their livelihoods.
CLEAN is a network of 200+ members across India and is considered as the industry body for the DRE space. It is a non-profit organization, committed to support, unify and grow the clean energy enterprises in India. Its primary focus is on rural and underprivileged communities where reliable, affordable and clean energy plays a unique role in accelerating social, environmental and economic development.
Through this membership NAMCO intends to learn from other members and leverage the best of technologies while also contributing to the learning of others through sharing some lessons from its own projects
